Configuration characteristics of water-cooled central air conditioning chiller unit
1. Compressor
Selected original imported famous brand semi enclosed screw and semi enclosed reciprocating compressors such as BITZER (Germany), HANBELL (Taiwan Hanzhong), RefComp (Italy Lefcon), etc. It has the advantages of smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency with low faults, good performance, low vibration and noise, energy saving, easy maintenance, and long service life. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling capacity, single or multiple machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, with automatic energy regulation (25% -50% -75% -100%), balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
2. Evaporator
The evaporator copper tube adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.
3. Condenser
The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from abroad and processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper pipes is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.
4. Protective device
The protection system devices include: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
5. Control system
The company has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. It has multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, timed power on and off, and recording of fault causes; Easy to operate, connect the host to the power supply. Low failure rate, high safety factor, simple installation, system control can be adjusted in real time, intuitive and reliable.
6. Freezing accessories
All frozen accessories are selected from top global brands such as SPORLAN (Poland, USA), ALCO (Alco, USA), DANFOSS (Danfoss, Denmark), etc., with excellent performance, safety and environmental protection.
