This product is designed with a horizontal split structure, featuring a novel and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Mainly used by production enterprises for melting, volatile distillation separation and purification of rare and precious metal materials such as gold, silver, copper, lead tin and mixed metal materials under high vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions.

1. Equipment power supply voltage: 380V ± 10%, 3-phase, 50Hz

Configure a distillation system power meter to monitor the total electricity consumption during the experimental process

III installation and debugging

Within one month after the contract takes effect, we will provide the user with equipment foundation construction drawings and equipment installation interface conditions.

After the two devices arrive at the user's installation site, we will send installation engineers to the site within 5 working days for installation and debugging until the devices are installedsatisfyTechnical specifications are required to ensure that the product meets the relevant technical requirements.

3. Equipment installation: When assembling the equipment, the equipment installation personnel should clean the various components of the equipment as necessary to ensure its performance and reduce the repair rate.

4. Equipment debugging: Equipment debugging personnel strictly follow technical specifications when debugging equipment until all indicators of the equipment meet the design requirements. Provide an acceptance report, which will be confirmed and signed by the user, and complete the equipment acceptance work;

5 After installation and commissioning, the commissioning engineer shall train the on-site technicians. Enable the operator of Party A to have a basic understanding of the use of relevant systems and equipment, and be able to independently complete daily inspection work, equipment maintenance, simple repairs, and troubleshooting. Provide on-site training on equipment operation, maintenance, and precautions;

Service Requirements

a) Training and installation debugging

We provide training to the users on the use and daily maintenance of the equipment. Due to the special nature of the equipment, it is recommended to assign a dedicated person to handle it, and strictly implement equipment usage regulations for beginners, such as pre use training, post use inspection, and recording of operation and use.

b) Warranty period

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of acceptance.

c) After sales service

We promise to provide lifelong after-sales service, including equipment maintenance and repair, and the provision of spare parts. Our technical personnel will respond to the user's written repair request within 4 hours (working days). If it is necessary to rush to the user's work site, our technical personnel will bring the corresponding components to the user's work site within 2-4 working days after receiving written notice.
