Precautions
1. Before use, an air run test should be conducted. Before the test, the firmness of all horizontal connecting parts, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer, and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked. Then, the main switch should be closed, the power should be turned on, and the air run test should be carried out.
2. Installation: Place the machinery steadily, install the machine feet, level them, and ensure that the machinery can operate smoothly.
3. Before use, add oil to the area that needs to be refueled, and then perform no-load operation to check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the mechanical system is running normally. If there are any abnormalities, repair and debug them.
4. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, and the feeding amount should not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cover tightly and start the machine for operation. If any abnormalities are found during the process, the machine must be stopped for inspection.
5. After work or when changing varieties, the inside and outside of the hopper must be washed clean.
Usage and Maintenance
When running with materials, first open the feeding port of the mixer and confirm whether the discharge port is closed. Then, according to the process control requirements, inject the specified amount of materials into the V-shaped hopper. After feeding, in order to prevent material from flowing out during mixing, the feeding port should be closed and locked. Next is the working time of the machine. Turn on the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, start the reverse button of the mixer, adjust the motor speed within the process specified speed, and mix the product at 600r/min. After the mixing reaches the specified time in the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, make sure that the discharge port of the mixer is facing the ground, and adjust the motor speed button to the 0 position. Rotate the stop button to the right to cut off the power. Then comes the material discharge: open the feeding port of the mixer, use the designated container to load the material at the discharge port until the material in the hopper is completely discharged.
