Single cone twin-screw mixerIt is caused by the rotation of the spiral that causes the material to move in accordance with the cone, mainly producing four forms of motion:

(1) Spiral revolves along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the conical wall.

(2) Spiral rotation causes the material to rise along a spiral from the bottom of the cone.

(3) The composite motion of the spiral's rotation and rotation causes a portion of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, while a portion of the material inside the spiral cylindrical surface is discharged radially towards the cone due to the centrifugal force of the spiral's rotation.

(4) The rising material descends due to its own gravity, and the four movements generate convection, shear, and diffusion in the mixer, thereby achieving rapid and uniform mixing.

Single cone twin-screw mixerThe working principle is:

1. The rapid rotation of the double helix lifts the material upwards, forming two asymmetric streams of material along the cylinder wall and a downward upward spiral column in the middle;

2. The revolving motion of the screw driven by the rotating arm causes the materials outside the screw to enter the butterfly column envelope to varying degrees. Some of the materials are lifted by the lead position, while others are thrown out of the screw column, thus achieving continuous diffusion of materials in all circumferential directions;

3. The two asymmetric materials that have been lifted to the upper part converge towards the concave cavity, and the two material streams merge into one stream that flows to the next plant, replenishing the voids of the bottom material and forming an asymmetric cycle. Due to the aforementioned composite motion, the materials achieve uniform and high-precision mixing in a relatively short period of time.

The DSH type mixer is driven by a top-level electric motor to operate a two-stage dual output shaft cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer, which outputs two speeds of revolution and rotation. Through transmission distribution and gear transmission, the two spiral tracks operate in a planetary manner.

Two asymmetric spiral axes rotate on their own and move in a planetary motion along the simplified wall at the same time. The short spiral moves closer to the careful area, improving the mixing at the center and achieving a fast and uniform mixing effect.

The transmission components of this machine adopt multiple channels. Multi functional sealing structure can effectively prevent dust from entering bearings and grease from seeping out and contaminating materials.
