Integrated vibration and temperature transmitter is a small integrated transmitter. Its 4-20mA vibration output signal is directly proportional to the RMS of the measured object's vibration velocity. This transmitter can conveniently measure the vibration velocity (intensity or displacement) within the specified frequency bandwidth range of the vibrating object, and output the true effective value (RMS) proportional to the vibration waveform. At the same time, it can also monitor temperature changes associated with vibration points. The temperature range can be selected in advance. Therefore, it is very suitable for direct measurement of vibration safety and temperature rise safety for various large and medium-sized rotating machinery and moving equipment (such as fans, water pumps, reducers, bearing seat rolling friction bodies, etc.). The integrated vibration temperature sensor has good performance and energy, stainless steel anti-corrosion structure, and good fully sealed seismic measures, which enable it to work online for a long time in harsh measurement environments; The adopted two-wire 4-20mA output mode has strong anti-interference signal long-distance transmission capability.
