Probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensors and semiconductor integrated devices; The oil level measurement adopts the principle of capacitive sensing; A sensor used for vibration measurement that directly obtains the acceleration signal of mechanical vibration, which is amplified, bandpass filtered, integrated once, and true RMS（RMS）Transformer, which converts the vibration waveform within the effective bandwidth into true effective value conversion; The final oil level, temperature, and vibration are all generated4～20mAOutput.

Appearance and installation structure:

The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded installation hole of the fan gearbox. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox to obtain the temperature, oil level, and vibration signals of the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and complete the transmission output. The thread specifications and probe insertion depth need to be declared at the time of ordering (probe length can be customized)
