Temperature cycle control machine

The temperature circulation control machine, also known as the heat transfer oil heater or oil temperature control machine, is a water circulation heater. The heat medium is divided into two types: heat transfer oil and water. The former can be heated up to 300 degrees Celsius, while the latter can be heated up to 180 degrees Celsius. The advantage of an oil heater is that it can achieve high heating temperature at low pressure, while the latter needs to achieve high temperature, and the pressure will increase. Users can choose according to their actual situation.

When there is an abnormal lack of water or oil medium, the warning light will light up and automatically sound an alarm, while automatically cutting off the electric heating and pump power supply to stop running

The temperature response is rapid, the temperature change is small, the molded product is delicate and glossy, and there are no burrs

6. Temperature cycle control machine reduces the defect rate of molded products:

Preheat before molding, start the operation, and the mold immediately reaches the required temperature, greatly reducing the defect rate of molded products
