Reliable optical measurement system
The sliding part of the reading head adopts a five bearing design that has been verified to be reliable and durable, ensuring that the optical sensing system can smoothly slide on the grating ruler for a long time. The geometric design of the spring has undergone precise and detailed mechanical model analysis, and is made of advanced imported spring steel to ensure that the optical induction system can slide tightly on the grating ruler without jumping even when moving at high speeds. All bearings are made of Japanese JIS standard P5 grade high-precision bearings, ensuring smooth sliding, low runout, reliability and durability.

Single chip IC for frequency division/doubling
The GS series optical electronic ruler uses a single-chip IC for frequency division/doubling
The all hardware phase shift principle is used for frequency division/doubling, aiming to minimize the real-time measurement error to the lowest possible level. A single-chip IC is used, and all phase shift operations are performed on the same chip. Due to the temperature coefficient of semiconductor resistance inside the chip being *, the subdivision error caused by temperature changes is greatly reduced.
Provide industry standard digital output signals
The output signals of the GS series optical electronic ruler are all digital signals, providing TTL and industry standard RS-422-A interface output standards for users to choose from. Users can choose the appropriate interface standard according to their own cost requirements, power drive requirements, and anti-interference requirements.In addition, users can also choose between the universal DSUB9 connector or the traditional DIN7 connector.
