The Guiyang Xintian grating line displacement measurement system is mainly used in linear moving guide mechanisms, which can achieve accurate display of line displacement and has been widely used in machine tools and measuring instruments. At present, this product has formed multiple series, with complete varieties, exquisite production, and excellent technology. It can be used for digital transformation of various machine tools and instruments of different specifications, and can also be specially made according to the special needs of users.
New sky grating sensors are divided into two categories: open and closed. The open type is a high-precision type, mainly used for the digital transformation of precision instruments, with a high resolution of up to 0.1um. The closed type is mainly used for the digital transformation of ordinary machine tools and instruments, with an output waveform of square wave (or sine wave), which can be classified into three types according to appearance: small ruler, standard ruler, and large ruler. The large ruler (JCXG type) can reach a length of 3100mm, and the ultra long ruler can reach 3100mm to 15000mm (with extension technology). In addition, various installation accessories can be provided according to user needs to facilitate system installation.
