The TUF series tubular softening membrane is a membrane layer of fluorinated polymer cast on the inner wall of a sintered organic polymer porous support tube, allowing the filter membrane to deposit in the wall layer of the sintered porous plastic tube. Its effective interception interface is located at the inner wall of the support tube.
The TUF series tubular softening membrane sintering tube process gives the membrane core a "peak and valley" filtration inner surface structure, and the support tube "peak" can protect the PVDF membrane located in the "valley" from high abrasion and water ingress wear.
Through parallel testing of anchored membrane tubes (T-F softened membrane) and coated membrane tubes (from other manufacturers), the filtration layer of the anchored membrane was found to be intact and functioning normally; The coating membrane filtration layer is layered, and the membrane skin peels off, exposing the supporting pipe wall.
