1. Regularly check the water quality of garbage leachate
The water quality of garbage leachate fluctuates greatly, and regular analysis and inspection of the raw water quality are required during the treatment process
2. Regularly check the quality of water produced by a single membrane component
The DTRO membrane modules are all in parallel mode. During normal operation, there is generally little change in the conductivity of the produced water. If an increase in the conductivity of the discharged water is found during operation, a single membrane module's conductivity can be checked. If the conductivity is higher than the discharged conductivity, the single membrane module can be isolated and disassembled for inspection. Generally, it is due to O-ring detachment or membrane damage. After replacement, the performance of the membrane module can be restored
3. Regular cleaning
During the operation of DTRO membrane components, contamination is inevitable and therefore requires cleaning. Chemical cleaning is generally used, and DTRO membrane cleaning agents can be used for online cleaning to restore flux. During the cleaning process, the temperature is generally controlled at 35 ℃, and the chemical cleaning time is generally 2 hours. If the pollution is particularly severe, the cleaning time can be appropriately extended. The cleaning process is a professional maintenance process, and operators need to strictly follow the cleaning operation procedures to ensure the service life of the membrane components
