Steel pipe anti-corrosion production line

Nanjing Rubber and Plastic Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. was established in the 1950s as a comprehensive production enterprise in the machinery manufacturing industry. Established in the 1990s, the Steel Pipe Anti Corrosion Division is dedicated to the development and production of steel pipe anti-corrosion production line equipment. Based on reference and absorption of advanced technologies and experiences at home and abroad, Nanjing Rubber and Plastic successfully developed a domestically advanced 3-LPE/PE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment production line certified by relevant institutions in 1998. Up to now, Nanjing Rubber has produced and sold more than 20 anti-corrosion production lines. These anti-corrosion production lines have played an important role in the West East Gas Pipeline I, West East Gas Pipeline II, and the China Kazakhstan Pipeline. And successfully exported to Iran, Türkiye, India, Indonesia and four production lines for internal and external anti-corrosion.

3-LPP/PE anti-corrosion coating is a multi-layer coating system that combines North American FBE and European PE protective layers. Due to its outstanding performance, it is known as the 'corrosion-resistant system'. Nowadays, it is widely used in oil, gas, and water transportation projects worldwide.

　　3PE anti-corrosion production lineCan be applied to single-layer FBE, double-layer FBE, double-layer PE, double-layer PP, and 3PE anti-corrosion operations for steel pipes. The minimum processing diameter is Φ 104mm (4 "), the maximum processing diameter is Φ 3000mm (120"), and the maximum processing capacity is above 400m2/hr. The production line includes external and internal anti-corrosion of steel pipes; External anti-corrosion includes steel pipe transmission system, surface treatment system, pipe dust removal system, steel pipe heating system, electrostatic spraying system, coating system, water cooling system, end cutting system, hydraulic and pneumatic system, detection system, and electrical control system. Internal anti-corrosion includes internal polishing and internal spraying system.
