Three roll grinding machine

　　Usage and characteristics:
The three roll grinder is mainly used for various paste like materials such as paint, ink, plastic, food, etc., especially suitable for grinding and dispersing products with high viscosity and fine particle size requirements. The roller is made of cold hard alloy cast iron by centrifugal casting, resulting in a tight phase, high strength, high hardness and wear resistance on the surface, and equipped with a cooling system.

The machine achieves the effect of grinding and dispersing by rotating the handwheel to adjust the gap between the three rollers in the horizontal direction, as well as the mutual squeezing and friction of the roller surfaces at different speeds.
