Rubber composite extruder

Purpose: This machine is specialized in extruding single color, dual color, and three color composite strips for secondary vulcanized rubber shoes.

Features: This machine is equipped with multiple extruders, consisting of a "T" - shaped layout consisting of one Φ 60 and two Φ 30 screw extruders. Different rubber materials are simultaneously extruded from three machines and formed into strips through a composite head. The strip material is embossed, cooled, and cut to a fixed length in the auxiliary machine, and finally sent out by the conveyor belt. The extruder and auxiliary machine can be infinitely variable speed, suitable for the production of various lengths of strips.
