The submersible aerator in the sedimentation tank is directly driven by a motor and an impeller. 1. The outer wear of the impeller blades or partial blade damage can be resolved by replacing the impeller.

2. The impeller has become loose, and tightening the bolts is a reliable solution.

3. The aerator is blocked by debris and needs to be cleaned and resolved with water.

4. The direction of the aerator is incorrect, just adjust the direction.

5. Diving too deep can be solved by increasing the aerator.

Attention: When installing the submersible aerator, its suction port needs to be above the water surface. For others, simply immerse it in water for operation, and the vibration generated during operation is relatively small, which will not cause excessive loosening of components.
