● It has dual input signals with the same hardware, eliminating the external input specifications of 5V and valve signal feedback input lines.
Dual input can be divided into main control and auxiliary control inputs to form a cascade control loop internally, achieving complex cascade regulation functions, suitable for situations with large lag or disturbances that require suppression of overshoot and precise control.
It can automatically analyze the temperature difference between the main control and the auxiliary control and correct the cascade control algorithm, making the previous complex cascade control debugging process as convenient as ordinary single loop PID control.
If cascade regulation is not used, dual input can also form a dual thermocouple hot backup, which automatically switches to the backup thermocouple as input when the main thermocouple is open circuited; Or choose the high or low value of dual input as the main control input.
