1. This product has a compact structure, small weight, and long working life of switch components. It can be installed in limited spaces and is highly suitable for use in miniaturized devices.

2. Widely used in mines with explosive mixtures such as methane and coal dust, and corrosive environments that do not damage insulation.

Precautions

1. It is strictly prohibited to connect wires while the power is turned on, and wires must be connected strictly according to the marked colors on the wiring diagram.

2. The distance between the sensing surface of the switch and the measured object should be within 80% of the rated operating distance to ensure the operation of the switch.

3. It is generally not suitable to use in series or parallel. If necessary, it is recommended to use intermediate relays in series or parallel to drive the load.

4. The DC switch is powered by a DC regulated power supply, with a voltage ripple of less than 10 [vpp].

5. Binary switches (whether DC or AC) should be connected to the power supply after passing through the load, otherwise the switch will be damaged.

6. The working voltage at high temperatures is not allowed to exceed its specified value.

If choosing a cylindrical shape, one should consider the required diameter, and if choosing a square shape, the diameter of the detection surface should also be selected.

3. Selection of sensing distance for proximity switches. Generally speaking, the detection distance of proximity switches is relatively short, commonly ranging from 1-50mm. The longer the detection distance, the larger the detection surface and the higher the price.

4. The position of the proximity switch sensing surface usually includes front-end sensing, upper end sensing, and inner hole sensing options;

5. The selection of wire length for proximity switches, with a standard configuration of 2 meters for connecting cables. If a longer connecting wire is needed, it should be explained to the manufacturer before ordering. However, do not add an extension wire after setting the proximity switch, as this can easily lead to unstable output signals of the proximity switch.
