The Ex -- DIICT4-- DIIBT4 series explosion-proof fan is suitable for non mining working face environments in coal mines where explosive mixtures of methane or coal dust are present.
Ex-DIICT4 is suitable for use in factory environments with Class II *, temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4, where explosive gas dust mixtures are present.
Ex-DIIBT4 is suitable for use in factory environments with Class II, Class B, temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 explosive gas mixtures.
On the basis of the EX-2 basic series electric fan, it can also be made into EX-G outdoor type, EX-Z outdoor medium anti-corrosion type and other climate environments.
The series of variable frequency high-voltage explosion-proof fans has three control modes: local, remote, and upper level. Different control modes can be freely switched, and users can choose according to their on-site needs. Under normal ventilation conditions, the frequency converter can be set to remote control or upper control mode for monitoring in the central control room; When on-site operation of the frequency converter and system debugging are required, local operation of the frequency converter is generally required. The frequency converter has functions such as motor overcurrent, frequency converter current limiting, frequency converter overcurrent, input phase loss, output phase loss, overheating protection, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, leakage lockout protection, etc., which maximize the safety of the system itself and user equipment.
