Working Principle:

The smoke and dust generated during the welding, grinding, and polishing processes enter the filtering device of the grinding dust collector through the negative pressure generated by the fan and the worktable air outlet. The airflow enters the reverse flow channel, and large particle dust collides with the guide plate. The large particle dust falls into the dust collection drawer under the action of gravity, while the dust containing fine particles enters the filtering chamber. The dust containing gas passes through the filter element through the outer surface of the membrane filter paper, and the dust is blocked by the filter element on its surface. When the blocked dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element, the filter element can be cleaned by a manual dust cleaning machine structure, or the filter cartridge can be cleaned by pulse spraying to make the dust particles deposited on the filter element detach from the filter element surface and fall into the dust collection drawer under the vibration, so that the entire filter element surface is cleaned. The purified air is discharged through the air duct and fan.
*The desktop design is very impressive, with a built-in dust removal system, fan sound insulation, and no need for pipe connections. The cleaned air can be circulated and discharged indoors, reducing energy costs. This workbench can effectively capture fine suspended dust without interfering with the movement and field of view of workers. Grinding machine dust collectorThe interior of the bucket is vacuumed using equipment such as a through pump fan, which rapidly increases the negative pressure. The high negative pressure causes air to quickly flow into the bucket through the air inlet. The bucket passes through a vacuum brush and a vacuum tube, and the flowing air carries solid particles that need to be collected and processed into the bucket. The filter bag is connected to the air inlet, and the solids are attached to the inner surface of the filter bag. The initially filtered air passes through the gaps of the filter bag, and then undergoes secondary filtration by the filter element to meet the emission standards. The filtered air enters the exhaust duct through the exhaust port of the fan or air pump, and is finally discharged into the interior of the workshop to reduce energy, especially heat loss. The higher the negative pressure, the stronger the suction force, and the wider the diameter of the suction port, the higher the flow rate. Correspondingly, the negative pressure decreases and the suction force decreases. By selecting the appropriate model, the negative pressure can be kept within a constant range to adapt to the suction and processing of different materials.
