The pulse bag filter is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, and other parts. The upper, middle, and lower boxes are divided into compartments.
The dust containing gas enters the filtering chamber from the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the filter bag through the nozzle, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper. The dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve, and after all the filter bags are blown and cleaned.
When the pulse bag filter is working normally, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural settling, while the rest of the dust particles rise into the bag chamber with the airflow. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box from the inside of the filter bag and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole exhaust port, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal.
