Blood alcohol detection gas chromatographHydrogen flame ionization (FID), thermal conductivity (TCD), flame photometry (FPD), nitrogen phosphorus (NPD) and other detection instruments can be flexibly selected according to usage needs. They can perform constant, trace and even trace analysis on organic, inorganic and gas substances with boiling points below 399 ℃. Widely used in various fields such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, pharmaceuticals, electricity, food, fermentation, environmental protection, and metallurgy. Due to its cost-effectiveness and comprehensive after-sales service, it has become the preferred product for many gas-phase users in China.

The high-performance gas chromatograph is capable of six temperature control channels, with AUX1 controlling the external heating device, column temperature, and AUX1 with a five step programmed temperature rise. The gas path controller adopts an external type, with capillary gas path box and gas combustion assisting gas path box placed independently. The airflow ratio adjustment is intuitive and easy to understand, and the control is flexible. Moreover, once a certain gas path problem occurs, it can be immediately switched, which has no impact on the operation of the host and is easy to maintain. Each fan blade inside the host is molded in one go using molds, with good symmetry to avoid imbalance and noise during operation.

Equipped with the function of setting time program, the instrument can easily control many peripheral devices, such as the solenoid valve that controls the capillary column splitter/non splitter sampler; Control the sample absorption device for pyrolysis; Control automatic switching valves, etc.

On the operation panel, each heating zone corresponds to a status indicator light, which provides a clear understanding of the working status of each heating zone. It is easy for operators to see at a glance. When the indicator light is off, it indicates a stop state; when the indicator light stays on, it indicates a heating state; and when the indicator light flashes, it indicates a constant temperature state.

○ It can display the operation records of a certain heating zone separately, such as set temperature, actual temperature, limit temperature, and the operation time of this heating zone. It can also display the actual temperature of each heating zone at the same time, and the temperature can reach up to 0.01 ℃. It can also display the heating power consumption percentage of each heating zone in real time.

The main and key components are all imported components, which extends the service life of the equipment and reduces maintenance costs.

The injection port and detector are designed with modularity, making disassembly and assembly very convenient. Even those without any operating experience can easily disassemble and assemble them.

The ultra large column box (291 × 284 × 260mm, 21500cm3) makes it more convenient to disassemble and assemble the chromatographic column.
