working principle
1. A new device for detecting the speed of conveyor belts in real-time has been applied to the conveyor belt in the conveying system, providing a reliable detection method for the operation of the belt conveyor.
2. It needs to be horizontally installed on the conveyor bracket between the upward and downward tapes, so that there is a certain pressure between the contact wheel and the surface of the tape to prevent misoperation caused by contact wheel jumping.
3. When the touch wheel drives the pulse disk inside the tape machine, the magnetic response signal of the sensor is input to the control circuit during the rotation of the pulse disk, amplified, and then counted.
4. Compare the count value with the preset value to determine the tape speed, including normal speed, slippage, etc. At the same time, the execution circuit outputs corresponding switch signals.
