1、 Classification of deviation switches
1. There are common types, wiring cavity types, and address coded types of deviation switches.
2. The ordinary type is the two-stage deviation switch mentioned above;
3. The wiring chamber type deviation switch is based on the ordinary type deviation switch and comes with a waterproof wiring chamber. The on-site control cable can be directly connected to the wiring chamber to prevent faults caused by moisture and virtual connection of cable joints.
4. The address coding type deviation switch combines XLline fieldbus technology with ordinary deviation switches to achieve address coding function. Suitable for remote monitoring of the operation of long belt conveyors as on-site equipment, it solves the inconvenience caused by workers searching for fault points.
The address coded two-stage deviation switch is connected to the comprehensive protection device through XLline fieldbus, supporting 128 addresses, and multiple switches can be used simultaneously at the same address. Its feature is that only one two core cable is needed to complete data transmission and power supply simultaneously.

2、 Installation instructions
1. Fix the deviation switch on the bracket and connect it to the tape rack
2. The axis of the vertical roller is perpendicular to the plane of the tape, and the distance between the vertical roller and the edge of the tape is 50-100mm
3. The tape is located at the bottom 1/3 of the vertical roller
4. One pair of deviation switches can be installed every 50M tape

1. Conventional belt conveyors, including flat belt conveyors and groove belt conveyors, underground and cableway supported belt conveyors
2. Ship loading and unloading system, stacker reclaimer conveyor

The shell is made of cast aluminum and the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying technology, suitable for use in harsh environments.
