1、 Product Usage:

4、 Installation instructions:

1. The rope switches are installed in pairs on the left and right sides of the belt conveyor. Drill a 12mm hole in the corner iron frame next to the belt conveyor and tighten the rope switches with M10 × 40mm bolts.

2. Install one rope switch every 40 meters, and its position should be on the belt and convenient for on-site use.

3. The pull rope is tied to a closed arm, and a plastic coated steel wire rope with a diameter of 3-5mm can be used for the pull rope. The steel wire rope is fixed with rope clamps, and a support ring is installed every 3 meters or so to prevent excessive sagging of the steel wire rope and ensure reliable pulling action. On the premise of meeting the normal operation of the switch, tighten the rope as much as possible to reduce the deflection of the steel wire rope.

4. For the climbing section belt conveyor, the distance between the rope switches and the length of the rope should be shortened as much as possible.

5. Wiring: The pull rope switch is equipped with a 1.2-meter-long four core rubber sheathed cable when it leaves the factory. The core wire is equipped with wire numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4, where 1 and 2 are normally open contacts for alarm signals, and 3 and 4 are normally closed contacts for shutdown signals.
