The HDB-2 electronic micro hole leak detector is a machine that applies high-frequency and high-pressure methods for non-destructive inspection on sealed products filled with liquid medicine. Products with leakage points are automatically removed.

The blown, filled and sealed products are output by the BFS filling machine and enter the automatic feeding machine. The products are automatically divided and transported to the inspection conveyor belt, and then immediately pass through the CH1 and CH2 high-voltage electrodes for alternating inspection. Unqualified products are automatically removed by the removal device, and qualified products are discharged and sent to the next process.

The feeding and discharging direction of the machine is from left to right facing the operating surface of the machine.
