1、 Purpose and Function

The YL type mechanical pressure leak detection machine is mainly used for extrusion leak detection of large infusion plastic bottles, soft bags, and oral liquid plastic bottles. Products with leakage points are manually inspected and removed by visual lamps.

2、 Basic actions of the machine

The leak detection machine is composed of two main conveyor belts that are driven at the same speed, and two buffer connecting conveyor belts at the front and rear. The bottle is clamped between the upper and lower conveyor belts and is driven forward relative to the conveyor belt in a stationary manner. The pressure on the bottle can be achieved by adjusting the distance between the upper and lower conveyor belts according to the thickness of the bottle.

3、 Machine features

The main feature of this machine is that it does not damage the bottle body during the squeezing and conveying process. After squeezing, the bottle body has no scratches and the squeezing pressure is stable, with reliable leak detection.

This leak detection equipment is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of China's 2010 GMP and Eurobond GMP standards.
