The challenges currently facing the development of LED include:
(1) The new type of LED has low brightness (<50000 cd/m)2)The characteristic of fast attenuation
(2) The full width at half maximum (FWHM) is smaller than traditional LEDs (OLED~100 nm; PVSK LED~50 nm)
(3) Non Lambertian distribution, such that brightness (cd/m)2)There is a significant error when converting EQE
(4) The emission wavelength exceeds the visual function band (visible light range) and cannot be evaluated based on luminous flux and brightness
Among them, "fast attenuation" and "accurate evaluation of infrared luminescence" are most closely related to the conversion efficiency. Therefore, Guangyan Technology has launched the LQ-50X, which adopts single photon detection technology, NIR enhanced optical design and components, and has a simple design that can be directly integrated with glove boxes.
LQ-50XHigh sensitivity electroluminescence efficiency testing systemThe characteristics are as follows:
*Adopting single photon detection technology, it overcomes the characteristic of traditional spectrometers requiring long exposure time (1-3 seconds) at low brightness, accelerates testing speed, and ensures accuracy and high efficiency of testing.
*Adopting NIR enhanced optical design and components, it covers wavelengths up to 1100 nm and can be expanded to 1700 nm.
*The design is simple and can be directly integrated with the glove box, and it can be well adapted to various sample forms.
The LQ-50X can quickly test the luminescence spectrum at each voltage and obtain multiple parameter values such as irradiance, brightness, CIE coordinates, etc. The measured non repeatability of inorganic LED testing is less than 0.2%.

LQ-50X is NIST traceable and compared with white and green LED calibrated abroad, with a difference value of less than 0.5%.
