Roots rotary blade unitProduct Application

The JZJX Roots rotary vane pump vacuum unit can be widely used in any vacuum system that requires high pumping speed and high vacuum (10-1~10-2pa), such as the large-scale steel vacuum degassing process in the metallurgical industry; Obtaining dynamic vacuum in large-scale space simulation test equipment; Vacuum impregnation treatment of power capacitors and transformers; Polyester chips in the chemical fiber industry; In the automatic production line of light bulbs and tubes; As a front-end unit of high vacuum pump in vacuum coating equipment.

Roots rotary blade unitWorking principle and structural characteristics

The JZJX Roots rotary vane pump vacuum unit is a complete set of high vacuum acquisition equipment with ZJ or ZJP Roots vacuum pump as the main pump or intermediate pump, and 2X two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump as the front-end pump. Its structure is compact and easy to operate. In addition to the main pump, front stage pump, or intermediate pump, the unit also includes accessories such as connecting pipes, stainless steel corrugated pipes, electromagnetic inflation valves (or electromagnetic inflation shut-off valves), electric contact pressure gauges, and electrical control boxes. Generally, Roots vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps are installed on the same rack (except for large units), as detailed in the "Unit Dimensions" section.
At present, the Roots pumps used on the unit are ordinary ZJ or ZJP Roots pumps. However, ZJ or ZJP Roots pumps can only be started after the vacuum system is pumped to the allowable starting pressure of the Roots pump by the preceding pump. Therefore, it is generally necessary to install an electric contact pressure gauge at the inlet of the unit, which can be used to control the start and stop of the Roots pump. After the current 2X rotary vane pump is started, pre pumping of the system begins. When the system pressure (i.e. the pressure at the inlet of the Roots pump) reaches the set pressure that allows the Roots pump to start (i.e. the pressure value indicated by the green needle of the electric contact pressure gauge), the Roots pump can start working. If the inlet pressure of the Roots pump is higher than the value indicated by the green needle on the electric contact pressure gauge due to special circumstances when all pumps in the unit are in normal working condition, the Roots pump will immediately stop automatically. This can achieve automatic overload protection of the Roots pump, thereby avoiding overloading and overheating of the unit that may cause faults.
The front-end pump used in this model of Roots rotary vane pump vacuum unit adopts a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump that absorbs domestic and foreign technologies. This product is currently at a high level among similar products in China, mainly characterized by low vibration, low noise, high pumping efficiency, and reliable operation under high pressure. Due to the many advantages of the vacuum pump mentioned above, it ensures that the unit has good pumping efficiency from atmospheric pressure to 1pa inlet pressure.
This series is designed to prevent possible oil return in the front stage rotary vane pump after the unit is shut down. A high vacuum electromagnetic shut-off inflation valve should be installed on the connecting pipeline between the front-end pump and the Roots pump. Its action is linked to the rotary vane pump, that is, when the rotary vane pump is started, the solenoid valve opens and the inflation valve closes, and when the rotary vane pump is stopped, the solenoid valve closes and the inflation valve opens to inflate the system.
