Overview: The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for extracting gases and water vapor, with a suction pressure of up to 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the water ring vacuum pump operates for a long time under suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid), a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. When used as a compressor, its pressure Z is as high as 0.26MPa (absolute pressure). As a new generation of energy-saving products, the 2BV series water ring vacuum pump will fully replace the SK, 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps with excellent performance and numerous advantages

The 2BV series comes standard with stainless steel impellers, while the 2BV2 series is equipped with stainless steel discs/impellers. High strength, durability, and improved corrosion resistance of the pump. If all overcurrent components are made of stainless steel, they can work in more demanding environments.
