Precautions for using plastic granulation automatic production equipment:
1. The plastic granulator should operate in a forward direction; Avoid reversing.
2. The granulator should not be operated on an empty stomach while cooling. It must be operated on a hot machine for feeding to avoid sticking to the shaft.
3. It is strictly prohibited for iron or other debris to enter the feed inlet and vent hole of the granulator. To avoid accidents and affect production.
4. Always pay attention to changes in the body temperature, and when touching the strip with clean hands without touching them, immediately raise the temperature. Until the strip touches the hand, it is normal.
5. When the bearing part of the reducer burns or is accompanied by noise, it should be repaired in a timely manner and refilled with oil.
6. When the bearing parts at both ends of the host bearing chamber become hot or make noise, the machine should be stopped for maintenance and butter should be added. During normal operation, grease should be added to the bearing chamber every 5-6 days.
7. Pay attention to understanding the operating rules of the machine; For example, the temperature and speed of the machine can be dealt with in a timely manner according to the situation.
8. When the operation of the aircraft is unstable, attention should be paid to checking whether the clearance between the couplings is too tight and adjusting it in a timely manner.
