The shaftless cutting machine is used for positioning and cutting pipes. During the cutting process, the frame can move along the extrusion direction and maintain synchronization with the pipe. When the travel switch or encoder on the flipping frame sends a cutting signal, the clamping device of the machine is an aluminum Haff block. The cutting blades of the cutting device are synchronously driven in the direction by the cylinder, and the chip feed of the cutting blades is slowly pushed by the piston cylinder rod. The size of the cylinder thrust can be controlled by the pneumatic principle regulating valve. The position rotation of the cutting blades is completed by the motor device, and its rotation is supported and positioned by the main shaft bearing. The rotation center remains unchanged, so that the cutting pipe end face is flat, the size is standardized, and the feed depth can be adjusted freely.
