The belt type automatic pipe traction machine is designed for pulling small pipes, profiles, and hoses. It is small in size, cheap in price, and easy to operate. Main technical parameters: Two RV motors (speed ratio according to speed requirements, upper and lower traction frames, two columns can be manually raised and lowered, 1.5KW frequency converter, speed adjustable. 1. The upper and lower traction arms are fixed on the fixed seats inside the two vertical plates through a sliding seat. The lifting system at the lower part of the vertical plate is manually rotated by the umbrella gear in the system, which drives the screw to rotate. The screw on the upper and lower traction arms slides in the sliding groove of the sliding seat, so that the two traction arms move relative or towards each other as a whole, playing a role in clamping or releasing.

2. The track drive motor and gearbox are both installed in the frame. The motor is connected to the gearbox, transmitting power to the gearbox, and then transmitting it to the umbrella gear on the traction arm through the transmission shaft, thereby driving the active shaft of the traction machine to rotate, driving the rubber block on the chain to move, and playing the role of pulling the pipe.

3. There is an electrical control box on the upper part of the tractor, which is equipped with traction arm clamping and releasing buttons and traction speed adjustment knob

Precautions

(1) When the tractor is working, the protective cover should be closed and not opened to avoid danger.

(2) When the operator pulls the product, they must not wear gloves for operation.

(3) If there is an abnormality in the traction machine and it cannot be pulled normally, the protective cover should be opened and the transmission switch should be turned off. After the fault is eliminated, the protective cover should be closed for production.

3. There are three main types of tractors: rubber belt type, roller type, and track type. Rubber belt type: It is composed of a rubber conveyor belt, compression, etc. The pipe is pressed onto the rubber conveyor belt by a compression roller, and the friction between the two is used to pull the pipe, while the conveyor belt is dragged by power. Therefore, its traction capacity is relatively small and suitable for small-diameter pipes. Roller type: It is composed of traction rollers, and the pipe is clamped by upper and lower rollers for traction, so it is suitable for traction of small and medium diameter pipes. Crawler type: It is composed of upper and lower tracks, and is equipped with clamping blocks on the tracks
