working principle
The negative pressure generated by the high-speed jet of compressed air (inert gas) through the feeding injector causes the powder raw material to be sucked into the crushing chamber, and through nozzles distributed on the same plane at a certain angle to the radius direction of the crushing chamber, multiple high-speed airflows with a speed of several Mach are generated. The material particles are repeatedly collided, rubbed, and sheared at the intersection of high-speed airflow, resulting in the pulverization of micro - or sub micron sized ultrafine particles. The high-speed jet forms a strong vortex inside the crushing chamber, generating strong centrifugal force. The crushed material is separated into coarse and fine materials under the action of centrifugal force. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and collector through the classification zone for collection, while coarse particles return to the crushing zone for further crushing.
