It has been widely used in polymer processing, food processing, chemical products and other fields, and is suitable for processing various high molecular weight materials.
The twin-screw extruder consists of a driving part and an extrusion part.
The driving part includes a gearbox and a motor. According to the characteristics of the model, AC motors and DC motors are available for selection. The transmission box adopts a parallel three-axis structure, which has the functions of low oil level alarm of liquid level gauge and overpressure alarm of filter blockage.
The extrusion system consists of a core shaft, a cylinder, and a screw, using a modular principle. Equipped with various conventional extrusion components, including threaded components with different lead lengths, interlocking disc components with different misalignment angles, reverse threaded components, and some commonly used mixing components. A closed cylinder with a length to diameter ratio of 4, a feeding cylinder, and an exhaust cylinder. According to different specific processes, users can propose non-standard configurations, such as matching new mixing components, side feeding cylinders, and various accessories, etc.
There are multiple options for granulation methods, including water-cooled drawing, air-cooled hot cutting, water ring cutting, and underwater granulation.
The HT series consists of 17 specifications, including 25, 30, 37, 47, 60, 75, 95, and 135 parallel and co rotating twin-screw extruders. These extruders have the characteristics of high speed, high torque, and high output, which not only meet market demand but also further shorten the quality and performance gap between domestic co rotating twin-screw extruders and similar foreign equipment.
