Introduction to PS sheet extrusion production line

This production line is mainly suitable for the production of PS plastic sheets (plates). After replacing the main mold head, plastic sheets such as PVC, PMMA, PC can also be processed. After installing auxiliary drying equipment, PET processing can be carried out. Processing range: Thickness 1-20MM, width 600-1800MM.

1. The extruder adopts a large aspect ratio screw, which has good plasticizing effect.
2. The screen changing part of the mold head adopts a non-stop hydraulic quick screen changing device, which is easy to operate and has high production efficiency.
3. The mold head adopts an internal heating type, which has the advantages of easy mold adjustment, uniform film thickness, consistent flow rate, high heat utilization rate, and power saving.
4. The slicer adopts microcomputer and hydraulic control to achieve automatic cutting and counting of fixed length slices.
