Introduction to PE/PP sheet extrusion production line

The PE/PP single and multi-layer composite sheet production line can be used to produce 0.3-5mm PP and PE sheets, mainly consisting of a single screw extruder, mold, three roll rolling machine, traction machine, winding machine or cutting machine, etc.

1. The screw of the sheet extruder adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design, ensuring plastic melting, uniform color, and increased extrusion capacity. Adopting special mixing function and high plasticizing ability design.

2. The hanger type die adopts a special variable pitch flow design, which makes the adjustment of the thickness of the board more accurate.

3. The roller forming press roller table adopts a horizontal or vertical type, which can be freely raised and lowered, making it easy to adjust the thickness of the sheet and improve the quality of the sheet.

4. The sheet winding device adopts four axes, combined with advanced torque motor automatic tension control, which can adjust the speed and winding tension freely to achieve the flatness of thin sheet winding.

5. The temperature control error is 1 ℃, which can accurately control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the sheet.

6. The hanger type die head of the plastic sheet extruder adopts a special double flow design to make the adjustment of the thickness of the sheet more precise. Temperature control of plus or minus 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the board.

7. The three roll calender adopts a vertical or 45 degree inclined type, which can be freely raised and lowered. The thickness control of the sheet material adopts screw adjustment and bi-directional adjustment of the pressure wheel to accurately control the thickness of the sheet material.
