2. It has flame retardancy and can reach UL94V-0 level. When making flame-retardant products, no flame retardants need to be added, maintaining the high mechanical properties of the material itself.

4. Excellent chemical resistance. At present, no solvent has been found that can dissolve PPS below 200 ℃. It also has strong resistance to inorganic acids, bases, and salts.
5. Good dimensional stability, low molding shrinkage, low water absorption, and low linear thermal expansion coefficient. It still exhibits good dimensional stability under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Therefore, it has a wide range of applications in various fields such as machinery, chemical engineering, instrumentation, and aerospace.
6. Excellent electrical performance, even under high temperature, high humidity, and high frequency conditions.
7. Outstanding wear resistance, which can be greatly improved by filling lubricants such as fluororesin and carbon fiber.
8. Resistant to radiation and capable of measuring 1 × 10 ^ 8 Gy, it is unparalleled by other engineering plastics and is an excellent material in electronic instruments, military, aerospace and other fields.
9. The melt viscosity of PPS resin is very low, with good fluidity and easy wetting contact with glass fibers. At the same time, it is easy to wet with various fillers. Glass fibers or inorganic fillers reinforced injection grade pellets prepared with PPS resin have extremely high tensile strength, impact resistance, bending resistance, and ductility.
10. PPS has a very high bonding strength to glass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. Its bonding strength to glass is even greater than its cohesive strength. Due to its good corrosion resistance and bonding performance, it is easy to make lining for Huagong equipment.
11. Due to PPS's excellent corrosion resistance and difficulty in bonding, ultrasonic welding is its preferred bonding method.
