Continuous extrusion of PEEK rods is widely used in the machining of products with small batch sizes or injection molding processes that cannot meet the requirements. PEEK rods with diameters ranging from 3-250mm can be extruded and produced, with lengths generally 1000mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm. There are nearly a hundred extrusion molds with complete specifications available, and inventory is available year-round.

PEEK is a high-temperature resistant thermoplastic with a high glass transition temperature (143 ℃) and melting point (334 ℃), and a load heat deformation temperature of up to 316 ℃ (30% glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced grades).
