Overview
Since the 1980s, Meige Company has been committed to the production of PET tube blank injection molding machines and PET bottle blank injection molding machines. Based on its experience in bottle blank molds, Meige designs and produces PET injection molding machines according to the characteristics of PET tube blank molds. Meige's PET machines have different options, such as a separate pressure holding system, a 25:1 dedicated screw, a dual pump hydraulic system to provide better plasticizing effects, a dual station injection molding system to provide faster injection cycles, and an external cooling system for bottle blank molds.

The MG series adopts the latest handling technology. This high-performance control system establishes an ideal communication bridge between injection molding machines and operators. A unified control concept and a logically clear operational framework make machine operation more convenient and user oriented.

PET injection molding equipment

The optimized screw aspect ratio is 25:1, and the extended machine base is driven by a high output motor, which improves the plasticizing effect of PET material and ensures the quality of PET tube blanks. The reinforced ejection cylinder ensures partial automatic ejection.

Opening and closing mold system

The optimized five hinge machine legs can provide ideal speed and power. The high sensitivity during the opening and closing process protects the injection mold from excessive wear. The optimized high-speed mold closure device has shortened the cycle time.

Automatic mold thickness adjustment device

The mold thickness adjustment device driven by a hydraulic motor through a gear system ensures that different machines are suitable for different mold thicknesses, ensuring that the parallelism of the template has been unified in tonnage. The detection of photovoltaic cell function ensures high accuracy.

hydraulic system

The energy-saving hydraulic system is equipped with high-quality soundproof components and high-quality invisible parts, which enables greater transmission power and more uniform and precise machine movement.
