1、PEEK5600G（褐灰色/土黄色）

Made from pure polyetheretherketone resin as raw material, it has good toughness and impact resistance among all PEEK grades. PEEK5600G can be disinfected using the most convenient disinfection methods (steam, drying heat, ethanol, and Y-rays), and the raw material composition used to manufacture PEEK complies with the EU and US FDA regulations on food stress. These characteristics make it widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.

2. PEEK-5600FC30 (black)The addition of PTFE, graphite, and carbon fiber resulted in PEEK-5600FC30 becoming a bearing grade plastic. Its superior friction performance (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, high peak pressure limit) makes it an ideal material for friction applications at this level.

3. PEEK-5600GF30 (brown gray)This material is filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK5600G, as well as better dimensional stability, making it ideal for manufacturing structural parts. Can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures. If PEEK-5600GF30 is used as the sliding component, its adaptability should be carefully checked because the glass fiber scratches the mating surface.

4. PEEK-5600CF30 (black)This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement, which has better mechanical properties (higher modulus of elasticity, mechanical strength, and creep resistance) and is more wear-resistant than PEEK-5600GF30. Moreover, the plastic reinforced with carbon fiber has 3.5 times faster thermal conductivity and dissipates heat from the bearing surface than the unenhanced PEEK plastic.
