1: High temperature resistanceThe long-term use temperature for UL certification in the United States is 260 ℃. Even at temperatures as high as 300 ℃, excellent mechanical properties can still be maintained

2: Wear resistancePEEK polymer and its composite materials exhibit wear resistance in many extremely harsh application environments such as high temperature, high load, and strong corrosion.

3: Self-lubricatingIt has a low coefficient of friction, can achieve oil-free lubrication work, and can work for a long time in media such as oil, water, steam, weak acid and alkali.

4: Corrosion resistanceInsoluble in ordinary solvents, it has good corrosion resistance to various organic and inorganic chemical reagents.

5: High intensityHas good mechanical strength in plastics. It also has high rigidity and surface hardness.

6: Easy to processParts can be directly processed using injection molding technology. It can perform post-processing such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, bonding, and ultrasonic welding.

7: Resistant to hydrolysisPEEK products can still work continuously for thousands of hours without significant performance degradation when immersed in steam at temperatures exceeding 250 ℃ or in high-pressure water.

1PEEK5600G（褐灰色/土黄色）Made from pure polyetheretherketone resin as raw material, it has good toughness and impact resistance among all PEEK grades. PEEK can be disinfected using convenient methods such as steam, drying heat, ethanol, and X-rays, and the raw materials used to manufacture PEEK comply with the EU and US FDA regulations on food stress. These characteristics make it widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.

2PEEK-5600LF30 (black)The result of adding PTFE, graphite, and carbon fiber is toPEEK-5600LF30 has become a bearing grade plastic. Its superior friction performance (low friction coefficient, wear resistance, high peak pressure limit) makes it an ideal material for friction applications at this level.

3PEEK-5600GF30 (brown gray)This material is filled with 30% glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has better rigidity and creep resistance than PEEK5600G, as well as better dimensional stability, making it ideal for manufacturing structural parts. Can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures. If PEEK-5600GF30 is used as the sliding component, its adaptability should be carefully checked because the glass fiber scratches the mating surface.

4PEEK-5600CF30 (black)This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement, which has better mechanical properties (higher modulus of elasticity, mechanical strength, and creep resistance) and is more wear-resistant than PEEK-5600GF30. Moreover, the plastic reinforced with carbon fiber has 3.5 times faster thermal conductivity and dissipates heat from the bearing surface than the unenhanced PEEK plastic.
