Scope of use of seven hole plum blossom tube‍

The buried trench of the pipeline should be as straight as possible according to the design requirements and construction operations. If the bottom of the trench is uneven, a layer of fine sand can be laid on it. Before burying the pipeline, hard objects in the trench should be removed to prevent deformation of the pipeline. When starting to bury the pipe, 10-15CM of porous pipe should be reserved in the manhole for cable threading. The sub pipe exposed at the end of the manhole should be blocked. It is strictly prohibited for sediment and foreign objects to mix into the pipe during burial.

Place the positioning ribs of the pipe with the pipe shape facing upwards, clean the outer wall of the end pipe, insert the socket directly into one end, and place a thick wooden board on the end face. Use a hammer to tap the board to make the pipe socket in place. At the other end of the direct socket, insert another pipe directly and socket it in place, so as to extend to the next manhole. In actual construction, the length of each pipe may not necessarily be the same as the length between manholes. In this case, measure the length of the pipe according to the actual length of the manhole and cut it with a steel saw, making sure to saw it flat and neat. After the docking is completed, the end extending into the manhole should be plugged with a pipe plug to prevent foreign objects from entering.

For first-time installation and use of this product, do not backfill the soil before laying the first section (distance between two manholes). Try on one or two holes with a cable threading device, insert them smoothly, and then lay them down to the next section, which will be more reassuring. After laying the pipes, they should be backfilled with fine sand or soil to the height where the pipes are submerged. The pipes should not be left suspended, and then other soil should be backfilled. It is forbidden to throw large stones or dry soil blocks at the pipes. When the pipeline passes through a section severely damaged by external forces, cement concrete should be used to cover the joint hole to ensure its absolute safety.
