2、 Machine functions and basic actions

Electronic micro hole leak detector is a machine that applies high-frequency and high-pressure methods for non-destructive inspection on sealed products filled with liquid medicine. Products with leakage points are automatically removed.

The blown, filled and sealed products are output by the BFS filling machine and enter the automatic feeding machine. The products are automatically divided and transported to the inspection conveyor belt, where they are processed. Then, they are immediately alternately inspected through CH1, CH2 and CH3 high-voltage electrodes. Unqualified products are automatically removed by the removal device, and qualified products are discharged and sent to the next process.

The feeding and discharging direction of the machine is from left to right facing the operating surface of the machine.

This leak detection equipment is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of China's 2010 version of GMP and European GMP standards.
