Characteristics of open type chiller configuration
1. Compressor
The open type chiller adopts internationally renowned brand compressors: Daikin from Japan, Danfoss from Denmark, Gulun from the United States, Hanzhong from Taiwan, Bitzer from Germany, etc. Each compressor comes with an independent refrigeration circuit, where the evaporator and condenser are also completely independent. All compressors are commanded by a unified microcomputer control system, and are turned on and off one by one without interfering with each other. They are equipped with high-quality and efficient copper tube condensers and world-renowned brand components, making the open type chiller have the advantages of small size, low noise, high energy, long service life, and easy operation. 2. The evaporator copper tube of the open type chiller adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.
3. Condenser
The condenser of the open type chiller adopts copper pipes imported from abroad, processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to enhance heat transfer ability. The surface of the copper pipes is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.
4. Protective device
The protection system devices of an open type chiller include: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
