1、 Product Introduction

The online water quality monitoring system consists of three parts: sampling system, measurement system, and data acquisition and transmission system. The sampling system consists of a pump, sampling pipeline, dedicated sampler, control unit, etc. The measurement system consists of measuring instruments and control units. The data acquisition and transmission system consists of data acquisition and transmission instruments. According to the requirements of environmental protection departments and different industries, monitoring factors include COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ultrasonic flowmeter, pH meter, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, etc.

2、 Technical parameters

Measurement cycle: The minimum measurement cycle is 20 minutes, and according to the actual water sample, the digestion time can be arbitrarily modified within 5-120 minutes.

Sampling period: time interval (adjustable from 20 to 9999 minutes) and whole point measurement mode.

Calibration cycle: 1 to 99 days, adjustable at any interval and time.

Maintenance cycle: usually once a month, about 30 minutes each time.

Output: RS-232 or 4-20mA (optional).

Environmental requirements: Indoor with adjustable temperature, recommended temperature range of+5-28 ℃; Humidity ≤ 90% (non condensing).

3、 Application scenarios and selection suggestions

Industrial wastewater monitoring

Petrochemical/pharmaceutical industry: Priority should be given to using potassium dichromate method equipment to deal with high concentration (COD>1000mg/L) and complex component wastewater, equipped with corrosion-resistant sampling probes.

Food processing wastewater: Electrochemical and spectrophotometric methods are used in combination to meet the requirements of rapid detection (15 minutes/time) and accuracy.

Municipal and Environmental Monitoring

Sewage treatment plant outlet: equipped with multi parameter integrated equipment (synchronous monitoring of ammonia nitrogen/total phosphorus), linked with aeration system to optimize operational efficiency.

Surface water monitoring station: Portable rapid measuring instrument (with a detection limit of 0.1mg/L) is selected to support rapid emergency monitoring on site.
