Working principle:After the system is powered on, it automatically detects whether the sampling probe, heat tracing tube, and condenser have reached the preset temperature. When the temperature reaches the preset value, the system starts the sampling analysis program. The measured gas is extracted by the membrane pump and first passes through a filtering and dust removal sampling probe. It then enters the preprocessing device through the heat tracing sampling tube and sampling electric ball valve.After entering the mist filter to remove moisture and acid mist from the sample gas, it is then dehumidified and dried by the compressor condenser. The dew point of the sample gas at the outlet of the dehumidifier is between 1-5 ℃. Finally, it is finely filtered through the switching valve and alarm protection filter (visible), and the flow rate of the sample gas is adjusted and monitored by the flow meter (normal flow rate 500~1000mL/min) before entering the analytical instrument for analysis.The condensate from the condenser is discharged outside the cabinet through a peristaltic pump. Switching valves can achieve gas path switching operations for sampling and calibration. When the sampling time is up, the system automatically stops sampling, and at the same time, the probe is blown back by the back blowing air. At the same time, it switches to the second sampling point for sampling and analysis. After the time is up, the second path is blown back and switched to sampling and analysis, and the sampling process is repeated one by two.
