NZW type unobstructed self-priming sewage pump
Product Introduction
The NZW type non clogging self-priming sewage pump is suitable for the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater, as well as various wastewater classification and centralized treatment systems. It is known as the "king of self-priming sewage pumps" and is an ideal new generation of sewage treatment products.

- Rear pull-out structure: convenient for maintenance and troubleshooting. Only ordinary tools are needed to quickly complete daily maintenance, saving time and effort;
- Open impeller structure, non clogging design, strong passing capacity;
- Easy to use: Simply install the recorder at the edge of the sewage pit and insert the suction pipe below the liquid level to start working. The pump needs to be filled with water for the first start-up.

precautions
- The suction pipe can be made of flexible or hard tubing, and the material of the pipeline must be suitable for transporting liquids. The wall of the flexible tubing must have sufficient rigidity to prevent the suction pipe from collapsing;
- The suction pipe should be kept as short and straight as possible, with minimal use of bends and accessories. Bends with larger radii should be used;
- The distance between the suction pipe immersed in the sump and the pit wall should be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe. The suction pipe should not be installed near the water flow (which may have vortices), otherwise a baffle should be added between the suction pipe and the water flow, with a distance of 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe;
- If there are two or more suction pipes in the same sump, the distance between pipes should be greater than three times the pipe diameter;
- Submerged depth of suction pipe: The submerged depth of the suction pipe is related to the flow velocity of the liquid inside the suction pipe, as shown in Figure 1.
- The immersion depth of the suction pipe can be reduced by increasing the diameter of the suction pipe and decreasing the inlet flow rate. Expand the suction pipe diameter by installing standard reducers. Concentric reducers are used for vertical expansion, and eccentric reducers are used for horizontal expansion. The recommended ratio for expanding the pipe diameter is 1.3? 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe.
- The backflow state refers to the pressure at the inlet of the pump, which must not exceed 50% of the maximum allowable working pressure.
- If the pump is equipped with a filter screen, the flow area of the filter screen is 4-6 times that of the suction pipe, and it ensures that the maximum particle diameter passing through the filter screen is smaller than the maximum particle diameter passing through the pump.
