Series Introduction:

The NSR series three leaf grouped low-noise Roots blower is a new generation of low-energy and low-noise products developed using internationally leading technologies such as three leaf, internal reflux, and grouping, based on the introduction of technology products. It integrates a fan, motor, filter, inlet and outlet muffler, elastic joint, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, and can be configured with PLC signal interface, intelligent monitoring instrument, and soundproof cover. Compact structure, complete functions, more convenient design and installation, and easier operation and maintenance.

The NSR series three bladed low-noise Roots blower adopts advanced design technologies such as three bladed cycloid blades and internal reflux structure, as well as high-precision manufacturing technology. It has very stable performance under high pressure and a wide range of applications. It can derive multiple sealing structure types to meet the requirements of various special working conditions. It is the preferred product for users at 9.8-98kPa.

Performance Description:

Flow rate: The flow rate Qs in the performance table refers to the inlet flow rate of the Roots blower in the standard suction state (absolute pressure 101.325kPa, temperature 20 ℃, relative humidity 50%) when the medium is air, and is converted for the flow rate range of conveying other media or non-standard states.

Flow conversion: When the intake flow rate is expressed as the flow rate Qn under the reference state (temperature 0 ℃, absolute pressure 101.325kPa), it is necessary to first convert it to the flow rate Qs under the standard suction state according to the following formula, and then check the performance table (usually without considering humidity).

Qs=1.0733Qn

When the intake temperature ts differs significantly from 20 ℃, or when the molecular weight M of the inhaled gas deviates significantly from the air molecular weight of 29, the actual intake flow rate Qs is calculated according to the following formula:

Qb=(Qth Qsa) × [(273+ts)/(273+20) × 29/M] 1/2

Qs=Qth Qb

In the formula: Qb - internal leakage rate m3/min when the inhaled gas temperature is ts ℃ and the molecular weight is M;

Qth - theoretical flow rate m3/min; (According to the requirements, the inlet flow rate under pressure increase is preliminarily selected based on the performance table and checked from the performance table.).

Qsa - Actual m3/min flow rate under standard inhalation conditions. (Flow rate shown in the performance table after preliminary selection)

Pressure unit conversion: 9.8kPa=0.1kgf/cm2=1000mmH2O=73.5mmHg=98mbar r=0.0967atm

The performance parameters listed in the table are based on air as the medium. If other media are transported or the intake state does not match the standard intake state, the flow rate needs to be converted accordingly.
