HZHD Pump Series

The delivery pump is designed with a threaded connection method, which does not require any special tool skills and is easy to maintain and replace parts.

PTFE casing and PVDF blades have wear resistance and high toughness, and are fixed to the axis to maintain operational stability.

The internal shaft sleeve of the base is composed of Rulon, which is resistant to chemical substances.

The axis material is SUS316 and Hastelloy, and the pump tube body material is PPHT, PVDF, and SUS316, which are the best tools for transporting chemical substances.

Application scope of pump material:

PPHT: Maximum temperature: 80 ℃/175 ℉, generally acidic or alkaline substances such as acetic acid, disinfectants, hydrides, bleach, phosphoric acid (45%), etc.

PVDF: High corrosive and toxic substances with a maximum temperature of 100 ℃/212 ℉, such as concentrated hydrofluoric acid, propionic acid, stearic acid, sulfuric acid, and other solutions.

SS: Maximum temperature of 100 ℃/212 ℉, combustible substances or flammable substances such as diesel, gasoline, various oils, alcohol, etc.

Maximum temperature resistance: 800C/1000C/1000C
