The mold high-temperature oil temperature machine adopts the British WEST temperature control instrument and uses PID self-tuning intelligent temperature control technology, which can reach a temperature of about ± 1 ℃. The heating main power supply adopts solid-state module contactless switch electricity, thyristor, etc., which can operate at high temperatures under almost normal pressure conditions.

I have purchased a new mold oil temperature machine. Before use, please check if the cooling water is flowing to prevent damage caused by insufficient cooling water. Keep the working environment clean and avoid dust, which can extend the service life of electrical components. We need to take different maintenance measures based on the thermal medium used. For media that are water, keep the water source clean to prevent scaling and prevent pipeline blockage. If it is heat medium oil, the heat transfer oil can be changed once every 6 months if conditions permit. It is also necessary to determine whether the pipeline is blocked based on the relationship between the pump and pressure. If the pressure is too low, the heating pipe can be removed and cleaned with tools. The filter mesh cover of the system return port should be cleaned once a month during equipment inspection to check whether the high-temperature oil pump leaks oil. If necessary, the shaft seal can also be replaced.
